⚖️Met Police officers dismissed for misconduct concerning stop and search of black Olympic athletes have been reinstated following successful appeal.

⚖️Tribunal finds unfair dismissal: refusing to say hello was the last straw in a long line of incidents which breached the implied term of trust and confidence leading to the employee’s resignation.

⚖️EAT quashes £10k costs order after it finds that the ET had been misled by an improperly redacted  ‘without prejudice’ letter which should have been inadmissible.

⚖️EAT finds that workers can be protected from detriment for disclosures made before employment begins.
