⚖️Fair dismissal found for employee who did not disclose a previous dismissal for gross misconduct on his application form; employer was entitled to expect a full and transparent account.

⚖️EAT overturns unfair dismissal of bus driver; tribunal erred in substituting its own view for that of the Respondent instead of considering whether it fell outside the range of reasonable responses.
